Gomphrena & Chamomile Tea

A beautiful blend of organic flowers grown, handpicked & dried by Rachel of Elderflower Farm in the Scenic Rim. Gomphrena is known to be high in anti-oxidants, a powerful detoxifier, antibacterial, anti fungal, and is traditionally used for treating high blood pressure as well as many other health benefits.
Chamomile is a natural calmative, anti inflammatory, reduces fevers, is used in treating migraines and may improve sleep quality.

Directions for use: Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons in boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Can add honey to taste.
