Sydney Florist
My name is Julia Glass, and I am a studio-based florist working in the inner western suburbs of Sydney.
I am primarily a wedding and event florist and can create beautiful flowers for your big day or for your next birthday or dinner party, Christening, Baptism, Bar or Bat Mitzvah or other special milestone event!
I also create weekly bouquets for the home or for gifting. Flower delivery generally takes place on Friday afternoons and Saturdays (and other days during the week, upon request), using flowers which I select fresh from the Sydney Flower Market at Flemington. Bespoke gift hampers and plants can also be delivered throughout the week.
I love to deliver workshops in vase arranging, flower crown making and wreath making so that I can pass my love of flowers on to others.

Sustainable Practice
As a florist, I am passionate about preserving our natural environment and reducing my environmental footprint wherever I can. My beautiful daughter inspires me to do so every day.
A few ways in which I do this is: I recycle green waste, I use Australian-grown and seasonal flowers wherever possible, I wet wrap bouquets using biodegradable bags, I recycle the soft plastic sleeves which my flowers arrive in, and I avoid the use of harmful floral foam wherever possible.
