Delivery & Shipping

Please note that we generally deliver from Fri to Sun each week. Some weeks we can deliver on other days too, so please select your preferred delivery date and we’ll do our best to meet it!

If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you via the information you have completed to discuss and rectify the situation.

We use a combination of our own shop courier as well as outsourced courier companies if necessary. Our couriers create their runs based on time and efficiency. All business deliveries are completed between 9am-5pm and home deliveries between 9am-6pm. If you require delivery by a certain time, please give us clear instructions in the notes of your order and if this is an issue, we will contact you straight away.

We will leave flowers at, or near, the door if we deem it safe to do so. Our bouquets are wet packed so that if this occurs, they have a temporary water source. If necessary, we will contact the recipient to let them know where we’ve left their flowers. If there is nowhere safe to leave the blooms, we will call the recipient to re-arrange delivery. 

When your flowers are on their way for delivery you will receive an email to advise you of their progress.

Should you need to cancel or change the details of your delivery please email us as soon as you can, or call the store on 0432 315 229. We know that sometimes a recipient leaves work early, is sick or has moved offices. But as we operate on super-quick turnaround times, we really need 24 hours notice to change or cancel an order. We will always do our best to accommodate any changes to the best of our abilities.

We're taking a break

We are going on a break and flower deliveries will be closed from 30th June until 9th July 2024.

We will resume deliveries from 10th July.

Event enquiries can still be submitted during this time and we will respond on our return!
